Final Prayers Over E.G. Montilla

Just a quick update…

My team and I have just returned from our team break in Davao City, Philippines. It was a much needed disconnect from the draining work we have been a part of in the village so far this summer. God used it tremendously in my life to refresh me spiritually and to help re-energize my love for the people of this little village.

As I look forward to the remaining 10 days we have here in this beautiful country, my heart is a mixture of raw emotions. Excitement and anticipation for what God is going to do in and through us in the next week. Fear and sadness at the thought of leaving all that we have fought for over this summer. And a overwhelming sense of thankfulness for all that He has already done.

If you are so led… here are some specific ways you can pray for this ministry.

  • Pray that the people of E.G. Montilla will understand that they are the body of Christ Jesus and that they would rise up and unite under one flag as followers of the living God. Not Pentecostals, Catholics, Evangelicals, or Charismatics. But lovers of the most high God.
  • Pray that the Spirit would raise up a leader of this small house church that He has started here.
  • Pray for endurance for my team mates and I as we make our final assaults on the gates of hell. Pray that we would fight an offensive warfare and that we would settle for nothing less that complete victory. Because that is what we are heirs to as sons of the living God.

As always, I am beyond honored to fight the good fight alongside you brothers and sisters in arms! May you be blessed!

  1. Romans 15:13 “May the God of HOPE fill YOU (Nate and the team) with all JOY and PEACE as you TRUST in HIM, so that YOU may OVERFLOW with HOPE by the POWER of the HOLY SPIRIT.” This is my prayer for you guys…In whatever you are fighting today, you can rest that you ALREADY have the VICTORY in Christ!! 🙂
